1. Returns

  • Eligible within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Customized/personalized jewellery is not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • For exchange requests, email us at contact@beyoujewel.com with proof (images/videos).
